The first week of October, each year traditionally is dedicated to the marking of "Children's Week. This is an opportunity to remind adults of obligations towards children. And the obligation of adults is taking all necessary measures to ensure to a child such protection and care necessary for its welfare.

And that means that all the decisions we make, no matter if they are not directly related to children, we always must have an evaluation whether and how they will affect children and their interests. The year of 2010. was declared the Year of the fight against poverty and social exclusion of children, which obliges us further, that even in difficult economic conditions we must first answer the needs of children and that we must first protect them and their right to development and growing up.

It is very important to children-they have confirmed that to us while socializing with them in school, that adults, whether parents, teachers, administrators, treat them with respect,it is important to children that due weight is given to their opinion on all decisions that concern them. And children have something to say, and know how to say it, the question is whether we hear them and whether we care to understand what they are saying.

-In Banja Luka, in the building of National Assembly of RS a round table on the topic "Problems and risks of children who establish marital and non-marital cohabitations" will be held.

With this topic we wish to draw attention to the presence of marital and non-marital cohabitations with children, on the fact that children give birth to children, and that it is not followed by the needed education of children about the problems of sexual education and health in general, and responsibility of parents for the situation in which children are. This not only violates the rights of these children, but also of children who they give birth to, and the problem is a long term problem of the society in general. And they are only children, children who are unable to achieve the goals of marital cohabitation, this are children who still need parental care and in the time when they become parents themselves. The additional question is how long those cohabitations survive, but it is certain that they leave the consequences no matter how long they last. Experts warn that such cohabitations may have unforeseeable consequences not only for children who marry but for society as a whole. Their marriages are not just their problem, the society would have to face the reasons and motives of 12 or 13 years old girl who decides to do so, but also make more accountable all those who do not see the problem in it.
