At the Nineteenth Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska held on December 1, 2021, Natalija Petrić was elected for the new Ombudsman for Children of the Republika Srpska. The new ombudsman for children took the oath at the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska on Twenty-sixth Special Session on December 14, 2021.
