Youth advisors of Ombudsman for children spent two days in Laktasi where they attended the training titled "Education of youth advisors of the Ombudsman for children for peer educators in the area of peer and domestic violence". The training was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports of the RS. The Youth Advisors came from Foca, Doboj, Banjaluka and Prnjavor with the goal to learn about the right to prevention from violence, forms of violence, necessity of reporting about it. They have also acquired skills on peer education so they could transfer their knowledge to their peers.

In order to achieve set goals, the workshop "The legislative framework related to the violence and relevant protocols" was organised. The core workshop was titled "What we know about violence". During this workshop the participants discussed experiences from their surroundings in order to analyze in depth not only the forms of violence but also the consequences of it and the need to prevent and report. In order to prepare for transfer of the knowledge, the participants had workshop titled "What is the peer education?" Ombudsman for Children, Ms Nada Grahovc, pHd, visited the participants in the afternoon of the second day of the seminar and discussed with them the topics which could be addressed jointly by the network of the youth advisors and network of students' councils (mResures).

In the end of the seminar, the participants expressed their satisfaction with the content of the training, and opportunity to freely express their opinions on all topics discussed.
