The start of the new school year, which will school bells sound on 1st September is always a new joy, great expectations but a constant concern, also.

First days at school, especially for children who will for the first time sit in the classroom, are often crucial for the success of further education, so it is very important, at the start of schooling, to ensure their adequate preparation, social and emotional, and keep the promises that we have gave them, sending them to school.

But not only first graders, but also elementary and high school students need support at the start of the new school year. Although, very often, they do not tell they have problems and that they need support, in constant cooperation with teachers, parents will always know whether the child has a problem in learning or communicating with peers.

For the success of children in school, readiness for cooperation, persistence, respect for others are very important.

A child who is paid due attention, who has support and feels accepted, easily adapts to new situations and easily overcomes them. Therefore, it is important to praise your child, not only for the result achieved, but for the effort, because the constant criticism and threats of punishment deepen his sense of insecurity and a bad influence on the child's image of themselves.

Every child has the right to an education that will allow them to develop life skills, learning skills, self-esteem and self-confidence in the school environment that motivates each child, where there is no violence, where the rights of others are respected, where the teaching methods are adapted to the different needs of children.

School is much more than a school marks. More important than marks is learning that it is important to have goals, to be responsible, hard working and persistent, today in school and tomorrow in all life situations in the adult world for which they are being prepared.

I wish all students happy beginning of a new school year.
