The Ombudsman for Children of Republic of Srpska - Doboj Office participates in realization of the project "My Rights and I" which is implemented by the Citizens' Association Center for Promotion of European values "Europlus" from Doboj. The project "My Rights and I" is financially supported by the Embassy of Slovak Republic in B&H, and is implemented in ten high schools in the region of Doboj.

Under this project, in three high schools in Doboj, and in one in Petrovo, Modriča, Brod, Šamac, Derventa, Vukosavlje and Teslić, an "EU information desk" and "Confidence mailbox" will be placed. Info desk will serve to set up promotional materials in the field of children's rights and the EU and Confidence mailbox is intended for students, through which they will be able to put forward proposals, comments, questions, complaints ... to school authorities and as well to the the Ombudsman for Children of RS. The main goal of Confidence mailbox is to create conditions for children to, in a direct way, write about issues that concern them, and with the assistance of school authorities and the Ombudsman for Children of RS, these problems be resolved.

Under this project, in schools in which the same is implemented, the contests are announced for students for an essay with the topic "I, as a high school student in the EU" and for the conceptual design of posters "You are my friend". Proclamation of the best works and award of appropriate prizes will take place within the celebration of marking of International Child's Day.
