The goal of the programme is to prevent the socially inadequate behavior of minors through strengthening accountability of minors and parents. The programme is an alternative measure with quick react to identified inadequate behavior aimed at the minor who should embrace responsibility for the behavior and commit to positive changes.

The Conference has been organized by the Association of judges for minors, family court judges and professionals working with children and youth.
