The central manifestation of the "Children's Week" was held today in Banja Luka under the common slogan "Children's Rights and Institutions", with the presence of numerous institutions, and students of primary and secondary schools. Manifestation was particularly highlighted by youngest, children from kindergarten „Milja Djukanovic" Mrkonjić Grad, who by presenting their country of origin have welcomed and greeted participants in many languages ​​of the world.

The event was an opportunity to award the most successful literary authors on the topic of Children's Rights. Students of Primary and Secondary Schools from entire Republic, by numerous works that came upon invitation of Ministry of Family, Youth and Sport showed how much they know about their rights, obligations and responsibilities.

Mrs. Amela Lolić, President of the Council for Children, Mrs. Diana Jurišic from the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports, Mrs. Aleksandra Dalšašo - Lepir on behalf of the Committee for Children, Youth and Sports and the Ombudsman for Children Mrs. Nada Grahovac spoke of the role of institutions in the realization and protection of children's rights.
